Unicadde Community Rules

Unicadde lets you share ideas, ask questions, post listings and chat. These rules apply to all user content, including profiles, posts, comments, listings, message requests, private messages and images, and are read with the Terms of Use.

We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and for users who harass others or abuse the service. Anonymous content follows the same rules.

• Do not impersonate, defraud, spam or manipulate engagement.
• Give accurate listing information; do not offer prohibited goods/services.
• Report problems; do not use reporting/blocking tools for retaliation.

1. Respect and safety

You may criticize ideas, institutions and public matters. Targeting a person to frighten, silence or humiliate them, or misrepresenting identity, affiliation or a listing, is prohibited. Do not turn discussion into personal attacks.

2. Protecting children

Content or conduct depicting, praising, requesting, supplying or facilitating child sexual abuse or exploitation (CSAE/CSAM) is prohibited. This includes sexualizing minors, grooming, arranging sexual meetings, requesting intimate images and sexual blackmail. The ban covers real, fictional and artificially generated images and links/instructions facilitating access, sale, distribution or concealment.

When such content becomes known, access is removed or blocked without delay, the relevant account is restricted, necessary evidence is preserved and reporting to competent authorities is pursued under applicable law. Serious violations lead to permanent closure. In Türkiye, criminal reports may be made to a public prosecutor's office or law-enforcement authorities.

Report in the app or to childsafety@unicadde.com; do not redistribute harmful images. In imminent danger, call 112 in Türkiye.

3. Sexual exploitation and intimate content

Pornographic/sexually explicit content, non-consensual intimate images, covert recording, revenge pornography, manipulated/artificial images depicting a real person sexually, intimate-image threats, sexual blackmail, offers of sexual services and exploitative relationships are prohibited. Praising sexual assault or targeting its victim is also a violation.

4. Violence, hate and self-harm

Serious threats, calls for attacks, targeting, terrorist propaganda/recruitment, actionable attack/weapon-making instructions and harmful dangerous challenges are prohibited. Do not share graphic violence to humiliate a victim. News, education or public-interest context may be assessed separately where it avoids unnecessary graphic detail, encouragement or targeting.

Degrading, dehumanizing, excluding or calling for violence against people because of race, ethnicity, nationality, religion/belief, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, health or similar protected characteristics is prohibited.

Encouraging suicide, self-harm or eating disorders, describing methods/doses or pressuring someone to act is prohibited. Seeking support and sharing recovery experiences are allowed; method details and triggering imagery may be restricted. Unicadde does not provide healthcare or a crisis helpline.

5. Harassment and privacy

Persistent abuse, sexual harassment, unwanted contact, coordinated attacks/reporting campaigns, physical stalking and retaliation against reporters are prohibited. Do not target people with sensitive allegations or repeat rejected contact through other accounts.

Do not disclose another person's contact/address/location, student or identity information, payment/password/health data, private correspondence or intimate images without valid permission or a legal basis. Combining clues about time, place and classes to uncover an anonymous/pseudonymous person's identity, asking others to disclose it or threatening disclosure is also prohibited.

Use recipient-approved communication rather than widely distributed posts for your own contact/payment details. Content containing personal data may be restricted according to its actual risk.

6. Deception, fraud and abuse

Impersonating a person, university, community, public authority or Unicadde representative; fake badges/documents, phishing, fake giveaways/investment promises, pyramid schemes, payment fraud, malicious links/software and account takeover are prohibited. Parody and humor must be clear enough not to be mistaken for the real identity.

Artificial votes/likes, coordinated manipulation, automated accounts/content, repeated spam, unauthorized advertising, chain messages and bulk requests are prohibited. Enforcement evasion, republishing removed content, scraping and bypassing access boundaries are violations. Send good-faith security findings to security@unicadde.com without accessing user data or causing harm.

7. Listings and prohibited goods

Listings use an identified account; goods, condition, price and description must be accurate. Non-existent goods, false urgency, concealed defects and claims that Unicadde guarantees payment/delivery are prohibited.

Unlawful, stolen, counterfeit, dangerous or regulated goods/services must not be sold, exchanged, supplied or arranged through posts, listings or messages. The following categories are prohibited in particular:

• Drugs, weapons, explosives, offensive weapons and parts/instructions for making them.
• Prescription medicines, human tissue and unlawful health products.
• Alcohol, tobacco, electronic cigarettes and similar regulated goods.
• Unlawful betting, gambling and financial services.
• Sexual services, human trafficking and exploitative services.
• Stolen goods, counterfeit products/documents and compromised accounts.
• Another person's identity, student card, account or access rights.

Stop communicating and report suspicious listings. Unicadde is not a party to sales or delivery between users; do not pressure anyone into off-platform payment or disclosure of information.

8. Intellectual property and academic integrity

Do not share text, images, course materials, software or other work without the necessary rights/permissions. Attribution alone does not authorize reproduction. Leaked exam questions/answer keys, taking an exam or assessment for someone else, plagiarism services, fake academic documents, grade manipulation and unauthorized access to university systems are prohibited.

Report copyright concerns to telif@unicadde.com with information identifying the right and locating the content.

9. Anonymity and communication ethics

Anonymous features support discussion; they must not be used for harassment, identity disclosure or enforcement evasion. The Terms of Use explain anonymous allowances and request/acceptance rules.

Do not include contact/location information, sensitive data or media in the initial request. Do not persistently contact someone who rejected a request, blocked you or ended a conversation through another account, anonymous identity or channel. Private communication follows the same Community Rules.

10. Reporting, review and enforcement

You may report content/users and block users in the app. State the category and necessary context; do not knowingly make false or retaliatory reports.

Content confirmed to violate these rules is removed or access to it is restricted. Accounts engaged in abuse are restricted, suspended or permanently closed according to the seriousness of the violation; anonymity does not prevent enforcement.

Reports are prioritized by risk. Context, seriousness, repetition and potential harm may lead to these measures:

Measures do not have to follow this order. Child-safety issues, imminent violence, sexual exploitation, serious identity disclosure and serious fraud may prompt action without prior warning. Private-message review is limited to necessary context and recorded access; private chats are not routinely read.

11. Appeals and updates

Appeal to support@unicadde.com with the decision date and your reasons. Do not send passwords or codes. Where possible, review is separate from the original decision; the outcome is communicated within legal, safety and privacy limits. Statutory remedies remain available.

Material rule changes are announced, with renewed acceptance where required. Previous acceptance records are preserved. Legal notices: legal@unicadde.com.
